Bio

I am an architect, experience designer, and conceptual artist specialized in sensory translation. My background in architecture provides the technical foundation to transform how people perceive environments, while my artistic practice explores sound, light, neuroscience and science as constructive materials for invisible yet tangible and plastic realities. I develop phygital interactive installations, creating multisensory experiences for museums, corporate spaces, and educational environments. My holistic approach combines the precision of spatial design with artistic sensitivity, translating diverse sensory codes into inclusive and accessible experiences. From my childhood, influenced by high‑fidelity audio systems, through my early university projects focused on inclusive environments such as zootherapy complexes and thermal health and recreation centers, to a transformative encounter with a 4D sound installation in Tokyo, and collaborations with institutions for people with different abilities, I have sustained a deep fascination for researching, studying, developing, designing, expanding, and proposing experiences where senses can be merged and transformed—sensorially and mentally—in exploratory, playful, conscious, and open ways. My research about neuroscience is about understanding the brain itself as a channel of perception decoded to brain waves, feelings and senses, and how that can be transformed and translated. For some years now, I have had this ongoing project, called “Bounce and Laugh” about understanding laughter in every sense, conceptual or physical, and how to translate it in all the others, to be able to create a holistic and open senses experience installation. Interactive music painting + neuroscience workshops is the small approach I propose and introduce kids to a visibility of brain waves and mental work by using a MIDI to emit playful sounds while jamming and painting. Meer Noot Phygital experiences & concept design is my own entrepreneurship where I gather, play, try, collect, explore and execute this creative thinking methodology and where I showcase it, either for myself, for visitors, collaborators and clients.
